Stefan Dimitrijevic is the founder and visionary behind the law firm named after him. He received his Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University. Later he received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at law school he was a Division Leader at the Community Legal Aid Services Programme (“CLASP”) which provides legal services in various areas of the law for low income individuals across the City of Toronto. While working for CLASP he won his first ever criminal trial and his passion for the practice of criminal law solidified.
Following law school, Mr. Dimitrijevic articled and worked for one of the biggest and reputable criminal law firms in Toronto. During his time there he honed his skills in the art of the criminal trial. In only his third year as a lawyer he conducted a first- degree murder trial. In addition to that, he conducted numerous other contested trials and preliminary hearings on serious criminal charges.
In 2019, Mr. Dimitrijevic started his own law firm with a focus on criminal trials and appeals. He believes in providing premium services to all of his clients no matter what they are charged with. He has a particular interest in enforcing his clients’ rights under the Charter of Canadian Rights and Freedoms. He also understands the importance of strategy in the successful defence of criminal charges. Once hired by a client, Mr. Dimitrijevic is available to them whenever they need him as he understands the impact that a criminal case could have on multiple aspects of their lives. Most importantly, Mr. Dimitrijevic approaches every case with the same dedication and passion that he approached his first ever case.
