We also represent individuals at bail hearings, bail reviews and extradition hearings. We represent individuals charged with a wide range of criminal offences, including but not limited to; homicide, drug trafficking, firearms, human trafficking, sexual assault, fraud, drinking and driving, and domestic assault.

Stefan Dimitrijevic Law Professional Corporation accepts criminal cases in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. For select cases we will represent people who are charged outside of our regular service area. Our fees are determined based on the complexity of your matter and are usually structured on a block fee basis. We do accept legal aid certificates on a case by case basis.

Meet Stefan Dimitrijevic

Stefan Dimitrijevic is the founder and visionary behind the law firm named after him. He received his Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University. Later he received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at law school he was a Division Leader at the Community Legal Aid Services Programme (“CLASPâ€) which provides legal services in various areas of the law for low income individuals across the City of Toronto. While working for CLASP he won his first ever criminal trial and his passion for the practice of criminal law solidified.
